I am a mother of 3 and love dancing. I used to be an active person when I was young and after having my children I focus a lot of my time raising my kids. 

One day I just felt I'm losing my fitness level and I felt like I did not do things that I used to love anymore. I started going to the gym just to get some exercise and I tried a few workout. It was ok and I did not hate it but I don't love it either. I just felt something is still missing . 

Until one day I saw this group workout class and I decided to try it. It was love at first sight. I love the vibes, the energy and most importantly is the music keeps me going even when I don't have the stamina to keep going I still trying not to stop. I was having the best time of my life. I was smiling when I came out from the gym. Its like im on cloud 9. 

Im happy and I don't feel like I'm dead after a workout. I can still go home and do house work and I still have all the energy.

I think every mother could relate to this. We don't want to go out and be dead after our workout. We want to go workout and feel good about ourselves.

This is why I love KONGA so much. It makes me feel good. I have energy to still keep my day going and manage my family.
